It was a miserable day here in Southern California, if rained all day. So I spent the day cleaning house and getting ready for the holiday. Around dusk the clouds broke a bit and we had a beautiful sunset. I went out to get a shot and the hummingbirds were flying all over the place getting there last drinks of nectar before the sun went down, this guy flew right in front of my camera before I took a shot, so I got him in silhouette. Wish he was more in focus, but they move too fast for my camera!
