My husband made his famous clam dish tonight, “Clams Mariniere”. He and my daughter had a great time making the sauce and then steaming the clams in the reduction. They were delicious, at least that’s what they said. I’m not a big clam eater, so I steamed a Dungeness Crab for myself…YUM.
